You are responsible for damage to the telehandler during your rental.
You accept this when you reserve. Read it before you pay.
1. Damage, loss, and theft
You are accountable for the machine, forks, and any attachments (including the man platform) from the start of your block until you turn it back. If it is damaged, lost, stolen, or misused during that time, you pay for repair or replacement, plus downtime. Our insurance does not cancel that responsibility.
2. Report it before you leave
Walk the machine at the start and at the end. Call us immediately if anything is wrong. Leaving the site without reporting damage does not shift the cost.
3. On site only
The telehandler is already on the job. You may not move it to another site or on a public road.
4. Insurance you must carry
General liability ($500,000 / $1,000,000) and workers’ compensation are required.
5. Overtime
Running past the booked block is overtime at $95 per hour, billed to the card on file. If you booked an operator, operator time continues at the operator hourly rate. We may stop the machine at the end of the reserved window if the next crew is waiting.
6. Fuel
A short tank will be billed to the card on file.
7. Card on file
The rental total is charged when you reserve. We may also charge the card on file for damage, missing fuel, overtime, or other amounts you owe under this agreement.
8. Who runs it
If you self-operate, only a trained telehandler operator may use it. If you book our operator, that person runs the machine. Operator must be booked at least 2 days ahead — not available same-day or next-day.
